Pigeon Cay Beach Club
Pigeon Cay Beach Club is located on Cat Island in the Bahamas, a 50 mile long, lush, and hilly island with warm inviting people. Laid back and casual, it offers the traveler a taste of paradise only experienced from a lucky few who have come here before.
With only seven cottages Pigeon Cay Beach Club is a small private property where personalized service for each guest is a priority. Pigeon Cay is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas in the Northern area of Cat Island, 3 miles south of Bennetts harbor.
Pigeon Cay is a newer version of its former self. The site used to be home to a 10 room hotel that was open in 1968 which burned down in 1972. The property sat until the current owners bought it in 1992 and moved to Cat Island from Colorado in 1994. It took three years to clean up and rebuild the beginnings of the beach club but it is a continuing labor of love that keeps the beach club evolving and guests returning year after year.
Guests return to Pigeon Cay because of the beauty and peace of the resort and they feel like they are coming home to be a part of the Pigeon Cay family.
