Gems at Paradise is situated on 16.5 acres of indigenous Bahamian gardens (a few pigeon pea trees from Bahamian peas n' rice and lots of the national trees -- lignum vitae trees in abundance). Gems has beautiful landscaping, lots of Bahamian handcrafted wood ceilings and floors and unique architecture taking advantage of the beauty of the property.
1-Two Bedroom Unit, 3-One Bedroom Condos, 5- Balcony Rooms and 3-Non-Balcony Rooms are available at Gems.
Two Bedroom Unit
Bedrooms are private each with separate exit door with each bedroom containing a private bathroom. One bedroom contains a king bedroom set with oriental styled pure wooden furniture foot & headboard, chest of drawers with mirror, nightstand, TV stand w/TV and a single armchair. The next bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to single queen) with pure wooden furniture headboard, chest of drawers with mirror, nightstand, TV stand w/TV and a single armchair. Both bedrooms overlook the beach and share a patio balcony containing four cushioned patio chairs and two small tables. Each bath contains a shower bathtub, toilet and vanity set. Each unit has premium bedding and drapery as well as paintings in each bedroom. Both bedrooms open to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, double sink overlooking garden. Dishware, cook and bake ware, utensils and more are provided. Beach towels provided also.
One Bedroom Condos
Bedrooms are private each with separate exit door. Each unit contains a private bathroom. Each bedroom contains a single queen bedroom set with pure wooden furniture foot & headboard, chest of drawers with mirror, nightstand. Each bath contains a shower bathtub, toilet and vanity set. Premium bedding and drapery as well as paintings in each bedroom. Condos contain a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, double sink overlooking garden. Dishware, cookware, bake ware, utensils and more are provided. Beach towels provided also. Kitchen has two padded bar chairs to counter. Living room area has a loveseat/sofa and armchair, TV on stand, reading area with glass table and two arm chairs and overlooks the beach with a patio balcony containing two or four cushioned patio chairs and patio table.
Balcony/Non-balcony rooms are either single king bed set, single queen bed set or two twin beds. Each bedroom has a chair, bedroom private, bath private and as described above. Balcony overlooks the beach with patio furniture.
Premium bedding, drapes, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, fire alarms, flashlights, telephones and quality beverage glasses standard in each room.
Condos and 2bdr unit have full kitchens. All other rooms have access to a microwave and stove in the main kitchen. Barbecue pit, gazebo and hammocks, beach chairs on shaded beach. Car rental services available on-site. Fishing available on-site, diving available nearby
Beachcombing and shell collecting are a fun free activity at your fingertips. Family board games are available free of charge.
Complimentary Internet wireless services are offered in the Lobby.
