Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars per night, single/double occupancy.
Rack rates are subject to 6% tax, 4% resort levy and $2.50 maid gratuity per person per night. Children 12 years and under are free when sharing with paying adult(s). Maximum accommodation is 4 persons per room (2 adults/2 kids). A one (1) night's deposit is required year round except for during peak periods when full prepayment is required.
A one (1) night's cancellation penalty will be charged if not cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival in the Winter Season and seven days prior in the summer and Fall Seasons. All Villas are sea view and sleep up to four persons. Rates are subject to change without notice. Extra person per night is $25.00 each one.
