Crabbing – a delightful Bahamian activity, crabbing is a seasonal event only possible when crabs are ‘walking’. A fun event, practically everyone on the island goes out to catch crabs and meals around that time tend to be crab-centric and plentiful, culminating in the “Crabfest” and “Home-coming” Festivals in July and August.
Fishing – one of the best fishing lodge in Andros, averaging 5 – 7 pound bonefish on most days; the lodge offers world-class bonefishing with some of the best guides in the business.
Relaxing – there’s not much to do on Andros, but that’s kind of the point. Hang out on the sand and build a castle with your young ones, or just catch some rays; the days are long and the nights are mild.
Snorkeling – Andros is world-famous for being home to the world’s third largest barrier reef where innumerous species of marine life reside, inviting you to visit their world.
Swimming – 10 feet from the water, in a protected cove, on a private beach
