At Cape Eleuthera Resort and Marina you will find an escape to a place where time disappears and the senses are inspired. An extraordinary Out Island resort, embraced on both sides by the glassy, blue waters of The Exuma Sound and Rock Sound.
Our well appointed two-bedroom villas are designed to satisfy every convenience. Each villa has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, dining room, cable television, a DVD/IPOD player, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. In addition, each villa offers a view of the sunrise from the guest bedroom, the sunset from the master bedroom, and has a private, sun-warmed balcony that overlooks our beautiful marina.
Our world-class marina is South Eleuthera’s premiere marina, with a flushing channel to ensure its cleanliness . The marina offers deep draft of 11’ MLW and accommodates vessels of 200’LOA. Reverse Osmosis water, 30, 50 and 100-amp electricity and fuel (diesel and gas) service are available. Championship fishing grounds and breathtaking dives are all nearby.
Our marina store, Out Island Outfitters, or simply “OIO”, is open daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Here you can purchase essential grocery items, snacks, sodas, wines, beers and mixers. We also sell bottled water and bagged ice, produced by our very own on-property factory, “Cape Eleuthera Water and Ice Co.” Fish bait and fishing supplies are also available. At OIO, our visiting boaters may also make use of our showers and coin-operated laundry.
For dining at the resort, there is “Pascal’s at Cape Eleuthera”, which overlooks the marina. The restaurant is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm, Tuesday through Sunday, and closed on Monday. Here you may enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu features Caribbean – Asian fusion cuisine, with Bahamian and American favourites. This eatery is independent operated. However, as an added amenity, resort guests may charge food and beverage to their resort accounts. Come, sit and sip a delightful concoction at the new indoor bar, or watch the sunset from the deck, while you enjoy a sumptuous meal at the perfect gathering spot at Cape Eleuthera.
While at our resort, enjoy a relaxing day at one of our on-property beaches, “Sunrise”, “Sunset”, or “Fourth Hole”. There is also scenic “High Rock Cliffs”, a breathtaking spot for pictures. For the more adventurous, rent a car or arrange for a taxi to visit “Lighthouse Beach”, where you can walk along a pink-sand beach or find the place where both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea meet! One of two spots on this gem of an island where this phenomenon happens.
Flying to Eleuthera to stay with us is easy. A flight into Rock Sound Airport is recommended. It’s only thirty minutes away. Take a taxi to the resort, or we can assist you with renting a car.
